Hi Tracey, my order arrived today and I just wanted to say thank you, I ordered it yesterday at 2.45pm and it turned up this morning at 9.30am !. That alone would have been impressive but when I opened the package and found it wrapped so beautifully, in blue tissue and a pink ribbon, I was gobsmacked, and a free fabric sample included as well. The hand written note on the invoice was just the icing on the cake. I will definitely be shopping on your site again as customer service like this is very rare, other companies could learn a lot from you. I have passed on your site details to anyone who will listen, thanks again, James.
